1. Validity and scope of the Terms of Sale
1.1. These Terms of Sale apply to the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods (hereinafter Product/Products) between the customers of the Mybusyboard.ee online store (hereinafter Buyer) and Hovetra OÜ (hereinafter MyBusyBoard).
1.2. In addition to these terms, the legal relations arising from the purchase of Products from the MyBusyBoard online store are regulated by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
1.3. MyBusyBoard reserves the right to make changes to the terms of sale and sales prices, and the said changes will be reflected on the MyBusyBoard website www.mybusyboard.ee.
1.4. By accepting the Terms, the Buyer confirms that he has read the Terms of Sale, agrees with them and complies with them.
2. Prices
2.1.All prices in the MyBusyBoard online store include 20% VAT.
2.2. The displayed discount percentages are rounded to the nearest whole number.
3. Ordering
3.1. Products that have the “Add to Cart” button can be purchased on the MyBusyBoard website. To order a suitable Product, you must add it to the shopping cart.
3.2. The price and availability of the Product may change continuously and without prior notice.
3.2.2. The price of the Products is stated on the Product page, and in the case of a discount price, both the discount and regular price are reflected there.
3.3. The Buyer can view the contents of the shopping cart by clicking on the “Shopping Cart” icon in the header of the website.
3.3.1. The quantity of Products in the shopping cart can be changed by entering the desired number of Products in the quantity field.
3.3.2.Products can be removed from the shopping cart by clicking on the “cross” in the same line.
3.4. Before placing an order, you must select a suitable delivery method.
3.5. To place an order, you must click on the “Proceed to payment” button.
3.6. To confirm the order, click on the “Submit order” button.
3.6.1. The order can be paid for with a bank link: Estonia (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Coop Pank, Luminor) or by transfer. Payments made with a bank link are mediated by LHV Pank. Payment with a bank link takes place outside the Online Store in the secure environment of the respective bank. The Online Store does not have access to the customer’s bank details. The contract enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to be paid to the Online Store’s current account.
3.6.2. The order confirmation, or prepayment invoice, is sent to the Buyer’s e-mail address.
3.6.3.Order history and invoices can be managed under the icon “My Account”.
3.7. Products are shipped by MyBusyBoard after payment of the invoice. If the order invoice is not paid within 7 days, the order will be canceled.
4. Entry into the sales contract
4.1. The buyer binds himself to the order and payment for it after clicking the “Submit order” button.
4.2. The sales contract is considered concluded upon receipt of the advance payment due according to the order confirmation to the OÜ Hovetra bank account.
5. Delivery and handover of products
5.1. After the sales contract enters into force (payment of the advance payment invoice by the buyer), MyBusyBoard completes the order and hands it over to MyBusyBoard logistics partners for delivery. The delivery time of the products is indicated in the product description.
5.2.In order to ensure prompt delivery, the Buyer must carefully check the data entered for delivery.
5.3. If the product ordered by the Customer is not in stock and must be specially ordered from the supplier and it is obvious that the delivery of the product within the delivery period specified in the product description is not possible, the Online Store will notify the Customer of this by phone or e-mail, provided by the Customer when placing the order, within 2 business days from the entry into force of the Agreement, and we will also inform the Customer of the delivery period for the product ordered.
5.4. If the Customer loses interest in purchasing the product due to the longer delivery period, the Customer has the right to cancel their order and the amount paid (including the cost of transportation) will be returned to the Customer immediately, but no later than within 2 business days.
5.5.MyBusyBoard is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of the Products if the Products have been handed over to the logistics partners on time, but the delay in delivery is due to circumstances that MyBusyBoard could not influence or foresee.
5.6. The Products are delivered to the Customer by the courier together with the delivery note. Before signing the delivery note, we ask the Customer to inspect the packaging of the Products and, in case of external damage, make a note on the courier’s delivery note. We ask that you report the Product with damaged packaging and send pictures to the e-mail address info@mybusyboard.ee. The Product with damaged packaging will be replaced by the courier company.
6. Right of withdrawal
6.1. Products purchased from the MyBusyBoard online store have a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt of the goods. If the Product ordered from the online store does not suit the Buyer, he or she may return it without giving reasons.
6.1.1.The withdrawal period shall expire after 14 days from the day on which the Buyer or a third party indicated by the Buyer, who is not the carrier, has physically taken possession of the Products.
6.2. There is no right of withdrawal:
6.2.1 for a product that has been manufactured in accordance with the conditions specified by the Buyer;
